Return and Exchange Policy

Tizzie and the Save Our Sleep® team hopes that you will be completely happy with your purchase however we do understand that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide only products that have passed all of Tizzie’s safety standards and are the ones which she believes to be the best and safest products on the market. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully exchange the item/s provided or offer a credit note valid for 6 months. We do not offer refunds on none faulty items. The exception to our returns policy is the return of books, mattresses wishbone products, portacot, travel cots and sale items. Please consider the purchase of PDF booklets e-book and hard books carefully as we do not offer either exchange or refund on purchases of books.  Credit notes or exchange will also not be offered on Sale items.

Contact regarding return of items must be made 30 days of receipt. No exchange or credit note can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision. The product(s) must be as new, i.e.: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.

Please email us at info@saveoursleep.com with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice/Order Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange or credit note.

You will then contacted and supplied with further details on returning your product(s)
Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.

It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Save Our Sleep® cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit. If you choose to send your parcel regular mail and it is lost no exchange or credit will be given.

If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference.

We charge the standard shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, please read below).

Exceptions to Returnable Products

Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final. Books, furniture items (such as cots), mattresses, wishbone products, travel cots and sale items are also not returnable so please consider your selection carefully.

Products Deemed Faulty

Save Our Sleep® prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out.

If however you believe to have a product that is faulty please email us at customerservice@saveoursleep.com as soon as possible during business hours, with your purchase details and to obtain Return Authorisation details.

Often problems can be resolved immediately. In some cases you may be directed to the manufacturer’s service department.

Note that Save Our Sleep® makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the products being offered. Any warranties made are by the manufacturers themselves. Normal warranty periods apply and vary depending on the individual product. We will however do our best in assist where possible as a liaison with the manufacturer to ensure you receive a mutually satisfactory resolution.

Packages Damaged in Transit

Save Our Sleep® takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged or lost Save Our Sleep® will review this on a case-by-case basis.

Save Our Sleep reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that Save Our Sleep believes violates any of the afore mentioned terms and conditions.

Products purchased through a different stockist

Customers that have purchased products through other stockists or websites and not through Save Our Sleep® will need to check with the individual store in regards to their refund policy as we can only refund or exchange items purchased from this store.

Promotional Emails

By placing an order with Save Our Sleep® you authorise us to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers, new product updates and product recalls from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the promotional email.
