We only ship mattresses within Victoria. We do not ship mattresses to any other state or territory in Australia.
For mattress orders being delivered within Victoria, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
For all other states and territories, Click & Collect will be the only option available at checkout. You are welcome to arrange your own transport or courier service from our warehouse at your own cost.
All Single and King Single mattresses are made to order, so please allow approximately 7 to 14 days for dispatch or collection.
FIRM: These firm mattresses are perfect for transitioning from a cot. Recommended for 2 & a half years to adulthood on a bed frame or from birth as a floor bed. (This mattress passes the SIDS and KIDS safe hand test).
MEDIUM: These medium mattresses are perfect for children from 4 years to adulthood.
DUAL: These mattresses are perfect for growing bodies. One side of the mattress is firm. Recommended for 2 & a half years to adulthood on a bed frame or from birth as a floor bed. (The firm side of the mattress passed the SIDS and KIDS safe hand test). Flip the mattress over and the other side is medium. Recommended for 4 years to adulthood.

We do not offer refunds of exchanges on mattresses so please be sure of your size before you purchase.
Delivery Locations – We deliver across Australia, however we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices. When ordering large items please keep this in mind. Your mattress order will be delivered with Star Track and you will need to be home to sign for the delivery. Alternately please supply a business address.
Estimated Delivery Times – The majority of orders are dispatched from our warehouses within 24 hours. We estimate your order will be delivered to Capital Cities between 1-5 business days or 5-7 business days for other areas.
In-Store Pickup or home delivery – You are welcome to pick up your items from the warehouse located in Ocean Grove or we can deliver most items to the Geelong region.
