To use this correctly, you will need:
• A 1.0 TOG Safe Sleep Bag
• A Wrap in a Wrap (from 8 weeks)
• Airflow blankets layered over the top
When all elements are used together, you will often see a big improvement in settling and sleep.
Step 1: Choose your size
• Small: 2–8 months
• Medium: 8–24 months
• Large: 2–5 years
Step 2: Choose your TOG
• Small: 2–8 months
• Medium: 8–24 months
• Large: 2–5 years
For very hot climates, or if your baby is unwell with a fever, I would recommend having a 0.5 TOG on hand. It is always better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it when your baby is sick.
Wrapped babies (from 8 weeks):
• Use a 1.0 TOG Safe Sleep Bag
Unwrapped babies:
• Warm home 1.0 TOG
• Cooler home 2.5 TOG
Most babies prefer you to go down a TOG and add blanket layers rather than remove blankets, so always adjust using your full bedding setup

The most superior of sleepbags. They tick comfort for baby. It’s versatility as can be used in the car with a buttoned hole in the back of bag, making transferring sleeping baby easy. Is the safest sleeping as it has no stretch which if it did the head hole could have dire consequences. Many other bags on the markets are not safe. I also love that I have a few third hand sleep bags that have stood the test of time and I can’t tell which ones are new.
